DERMATLOGIST POLISKY
DERMATLOGIST POLISKY

I was born and raised in Chicago.   I went to the Mather High School where I played baseball and served as Chief Justice of the School's Supreme Court.
I attended the University of Illinois where I conducted research in microbes and authored many scientific papers.  I then attended the Chicago Medical School and underwent a thorough training in Human Health and Diseases.
I am Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Dermatology.  I am  a Consultant to the Alexian Brothers Hospital, Elk Grove, IL.  I am Diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology, a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine, and Member of many Dermatological Societies and Academies.   I also speak and present lectures at professional societies and seminars.
I diagnose and treat, including surgery, all skin disorders, blemishes, moles, etc.  I do skin rejuvenation, vein therapy (analyzing and treating varicose veins), remove skin blemishes and hair.

Once I have seen, talked with and examined you, a written plan of treatment and estimate is prepared.  Part of it may be insurance deductible and part not.   This is fully explained in the treatment plan.

I very much wish to dispel the common misconception that skin treatment procedures are painful and costly.  They are neither!  Most surgical and removal procedures are painless, of very short duration, and not expensive!
